<3s is super simple:
-Touch and hold someones <3 to sent them a <3, and invite friends to <3s using just a phone number!
-You can only send ONE <3 to ONE friend every second, so receiving <3s means someone spent time thinking of you and ONLY you
-Your <3s get bigger the more youve received
-Finally, when you and a friend hold each others <3s at the same time you can feel your hearts beat in unison through the phone
